Preparation of comprehensive, defensible life care plans for individuals with catastrophic injury, chronic illness, or medically complex conditions. Plans are developed using evidence-based methodology and established life care planning standards, with recommendations directly supported by medical records, treating provider documentation, and clinical literature.

Life care plans clearly define future care needs, associated costs, and functional impact to assist with damages evaluation, settlement analysis, and trial preparation.

EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES

Life care plans and medical cost projections prepared for use in litigation, deposition, and trial testimony. Work product is structured for clarity under cross-examination, supported by peer-reviewed literature, and developed in compliance with established life care planning methodology. Available to both plaintiff and defense counsel nationwide.

MEDICAL COST PROJECTIONS

Development of detailed future medical cost projections based on life care plan recommendations and accepted pricing methodology. Cost analysis incorporates CPT/HCPCS coding, Medicare fee schedules, regional vendor pricing, and market-based cost data.

All projections are transparent, reproducible, and structured to support defensibility in litigation.

MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW &
CASE ANALYSIS

Independent clinical consulting services provided to plaintiff and defense attorneys, insurers, and life care planners. Services may include case screening, medical literature research, standards of care support, and clinical issue analysis.

Consulting services are objective, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each case

HEALTHCARE ADVOCACY (LIMITED SCOPE)

Limited-scope healthcare advocacy and clinical consulting services provided on a consultative basis. Services focus on medical record review, clinical interpretation, and guidance related to complex medical care needs.

Healthcare advocacy services do not include case management, care coordination, or direct patient navigation.
