ABOUT RACHEL STONE

Rachel Stone, MSN, MPH, RN, CNLCP, CLCP is an independent Nurse Life Care Planner and Legal Nurse Consultant serving plaintiff and defense attorneys, insurers, and legal professionals nationwide.

Rachel's clinical background includes direct patient care and leadership roles at UCLA Health, Blue Shield of California, and The Pill Club, spanning perinatal nursing, maternal-child health, complex care management, telehealth operations, and privacy and compliance. This breadth of clinical experience across acute care, managed care, and population health informs every life care plan she produces.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) and maintains dual certification as a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) — a credential combination held by a small percentage of practitioners in the field.

Rachel's work product is structured to withstand rigorous cross-examination and Daubert scrutiny. Her reports are grounded in evidence-based methodology, current clinical standards, peer-reviewed literature, and treating provider documentation. She is experienced working both plaintiff and defense sides of catastrophic injury litigation.
